The 2023 Pro Bowl was a non-contact flag football game played on February 5, 2023, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. The game was played between the AFC and NFC, with the NFC winning 38-35. The game was the first to be played under a new format, which consisted of a series of skills competitions and three 7-on-7 flag football games.



The skills competitions were held on February 2, 2023, at the Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center in Henderson, Nevada. The competitions included the following events:

  • The Pass Competition
  • The Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition
  • The Fastest Man Competition
  • The Skills Challenge

The flag football games were held on February 5, 2023, at Allegiant Stadium. The games were played in a round-robin format, with each team playing two games. The top two teams from each division then advanced to the championship game.
